For when? In long term I'd like to think like John McAfee, that in 5 years it hits hundreds of thousands of bucks. I think 7-8k till the end of the year and steady growth after. Every day there's more users - higher demand. Technology gets developed so it's increases it's value. Every time something cracks in the current financial system people loose trust and turn towards alternatives in this psychological impact.
The only people who think it's a bubble are people who don't understand the blockchain technology.
