How do I get my Bitcoin Cash from Poloniex ?

I know Poloniex.com is not trading/supporting BCC right now, but they are holding something that is mine.
How can I get it back ?

I found bitcoincash-blockchain.info but they take 1%. seems a lot ?
How can I retreive it myself ?
