Today is the last date for the #SEC to appeal the court ruling regarding Grayscale's victory in the DC Circuit Court of Appeals.

If the SEC chooses not to challenge the court, the court will probably tell them what to do, and maybe they can ask the SEC to approve the spot #Bitcoin ETF.
