ok so you load Bitcoin on to a bitpay visa and start spending, my Bitcoin came from Steemit as i converted steem power to Bitcoin and then transferred to my bitpay wallet - from there i put it on the visa card and it shows as USD.
go and have a look heres their website for signing up - you do need $15 USD worth of bitcoin to pay for the card and shipping

it will go up and down with BTC price changes in your normal wallet but once its exchanged to USD and sits on your bitpay visa the BTC price going up or down does not effect it
