As I complained in 2 articles, that I could not withdraw my coins and tokens from bittrex because the verification did not work and it didn't look like there were any answer of the support team coming for a few weeks.
I didn't even trust bittrex as an account any more:

But in the last days I managed to finish my verification an withdraw my TenX tokens finally due to a frequent good support service. Because when you get your first reply from the support you can answer to this chat directly and get faster new help. So the waiting may feel eternal but do not loose your faith again! When you get help for the first time, the longest process is done! But to conclude Bittrex can be trusted!
I am annoyed with Bittrex at the moment... I sent a non trivial amount of Bitcoin there and it never reached its destination. They have been sitting on my ticket for about a month and the situation remains unresolved. I get weekly emails telling me that they are overwhelmed. I have yet to write back "You guys have a very serious cash flow. Hire more people to deal with your problems. You are sitting on a large pile of cash and a large pile of problems. Move resources around to handle your problems otherwise they will get bigger."
I am still trying to decide what to do next or what to do if they refuse to refund me my lost bitcoin.

Yeah we also had this problem with low transaction fees. Our transaction has been marked as an orphan due to outstanding confirmations on the bitcoin blockchain. But its really annoying if one uses other services and can't adjust the fee oneself.
