Throwback to summer 2015

Throwback picture to 2015 in paradise Greek island Paros training with master Marcelo Alonso . Marcelo is 5th degree blackbelt and has been head instructor in Carslon Gracie's dojo for a long time and has training and taught to almost all the old school Carlson Gracie members. He was the first high rank figure that I met in person and had a huge impact on my game and technique mentality. He has my utmost respect.

All the techniques in my book are inspired or they have been taught to my by great teachers of our art , my strategy is to attend the best seminars and go to the best schools in the world and take just few solid techniques from each master, actually i prefere to find which is technique this person uses most and with highest success rate and just learn the principles of it and how he understands it, then implement that where it fits to my game.
