A visit to Erin-ijesha waterfall

All what to know about ERIN-IJESHA WATERFALL. Erin-Ijesha Waterfalls (also known as Olumirin waterfalls) is located in Erin-Ijesha . It is a tourist attraction located in Oriade local government area, Osun State , Nigeria. The waterfalls was discovered in 1140 AD by one of the daughters of
Oduduwa . However, according to The Nation ,"Olumirin waterfall was discovered by hunters in 1140 AD". The fall features seven floors, on top of which the village Abake is located.Entering the main entrance there are lots of beautiful ancient tress and flowers that have been well preserve for an avenue of talking nice pictures and where most of the artist come to take some scene out of their cliq.This is the way that leads to the 1st floor,there are little side by side waterfall that you can relax and chill there and have lots of fun there also....This is the 1st floor and this is the 1st waterfall, the water is so cold,clean and pure.. it contain lots of mountains with beautiful flowers also. Beside the water fall there's a road that leads to the 2nd floor which is up to 20mins to reach there. When through at the 1st floor I decide to check the 2nd floor, the 2nd floor too was so lovely and the waterfall is much more flowing than the 1st floor. The water was so clean,pure and with beautiful flowers ,mountains all around. When am through at the 2nd floor I decided to go to the last floor which is the 7th floor. It was a journey of almost 4 hrs non-stop on road which features crowling,holding tree to sustain e.t.c! 20171201_145157.jpgThis is the 5th floor where it contains lots of flowers and tree. Parts of the trees are used for herbal medicine to cure lots of diseases and sickness. After this, my moral high of going to the last floor because I was told that the source of the waterfall is very small which I can't imagine to see.This is the source of the waterfall, it was not easy to reach this place but through determimation and focus i made it. This source supplies all the floors waterfall .. it was a great experience been able to visit the mighty ERIN-IJESHA WATERFALL.. I was so happy and have lots of fun both in the environment ,along the journey from where I was located to ERIN-IJESHA and also the journey from the 1st floor to the last floor and to come back indeed it was a great privilege.
