I believe this account does more harm than good, so I am downvoting it.

If you had approached this differently, with an introduction post stating your mission statement, your criteria for blacklisting, and who is behind your account, then I might see this account as a good thing.

As it is, you are operating more like the mafia, than anything else.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
