I do think that I am doing the right thing with my skin now. It is because it is not scaly, dry, and itchy. Even though it is dry compared to normal people's skin I am just happy that I am not getting the itchy skin anymore and I am not shedding skin like Autumn trees with falling leaves.
I also think that my vitamin D3 therapy has an effect in the health of my skin for that matter which maybe indicative that my bones themselves are not much leaching out Calcium and it is really something that I am happy about.
I just can't wait to be miserable again when the hot and humid season comes. I would like to be more liberal again with my fluid consumption unlike today where every bit of drop of fluids that enters my mouth counts.
Now I am using my small potable fan as my means of cooling myself and also for its "white noise" because of my ringing ears syndrome as well. It is quite torturous if there is such a complete silence which is why I am contemplating not to live in a peaceful place or village but whatever will be will be for my life.
Maybe just a month now and soon I will be experiencing the inevitable hot season again here in my country. There is a mix feeling for me to welcome and despise it. Surely if I am a normal person I would like to bask in an A/C room but due to my health issue I needed something that will help me for my essential need to shed some fluids via perspiration and in turn it could give me the liberty in consuming more fluids again so that I will not feel ever so deprived anymore.
Meanwhile what is important for now is that I am not suffering from itchy skin anymore. That is something worth to
emphasize since maybe I also already had solved it because of my Vitamin D3 intake, iI am thankful to God for it.
