TON’s prerequisites for creating Gas
What is already in the TON is pretty close to the GONT philosophy.
1) Modification of EVM

In fact, the GONT Oracle itself is a global DNS. The Oracle nodes refer to all global meanings in the system.

Most likely, it is borrowed from Ripple.Channels are implemented through gVM in GONT.
gVM consists of a set of independent clusters, each of which can be considered as a dedicated channel. Routing within GONT VM can be considered as “multi-channel”. Individual clusters in gVM are implemented by special methods as highly protected.

Integration occurs through the multi-cluster GONT VM in GONT.
GONT VM can work with several blockchains at once, displaying them on different clusters. Because TON “is afraid” to touch EVM, they do not consider such option. Therefore, there are still doubts that TON can be a platform for reliable atomic swaps.
15) KANT as dedicated service BC
In contradistinction to TON, the interpretation of KANT in GONT is much broader. GONT KANT is responsible for the realism of the entire currency economy!
16) Long “transaction channels”
Guaranteed to cause global network failures due to the appearance of unforeseen race-conditions, etc.GONT also introduces the concept of TREVAL for a long transaction channel. But this channel is completely inside the VM and must end with the TOTAL COMMIT state for the ability to write to the BC, otherwise the transaction will be discarded. TON has a more dangerous approach. It is unclear how they will handle transaction errors (gas shortages, etc.).
17) Different types of contracts
GONT introduces “open” and “closed” contracts. Basically, with respect to the evolution of the action. Evolution involves the passage of only one sequence of nodes. An open contract is essentially a “package” of independent closed contracts.
Signals to create gas:
- Transferring the shading from the blockchain (sharding like nested BC, etc.) to a virtual machine. Effective sharding is possible for EVM too! But nobody has been working on it yet.
- Creating a functional space (like FUPE) for a functional language.
- Understanding how to code commands for EVM in a systematic way.Encoding occurs through node addresses in GONT. Gas requires a coding system with inheritance! TON does not have such a system. GONT Node Addr = transaction code = instruction in GONT VM. To enter gas you need to enter a similar system of transaction coding.
- Entering a continuum of services.
When there are few services, the gas is not very relevant. Continuum of services is interesting. For example, chess24 site can have 1000 “small” content providers.
TON still does not consider a lot of services. - Expansion of the STATE (STATE +) space.
STATE + is also a signal for the Iot of the market. - Multiple formats of different transactions for entering a set of “molecules” of gas.
- Emphasis on EVM sharding instead of BC chasing.
TON makes a strong emphasis on sharding exclusively to the BC, which distances them from the introduction of gas. Actually, this trend is planned for all projects on the market.
So far, the meaning of such warfare sharding is not very clear. Apparently, each individual Telegram will have a separate shard. The idea is redesigned from the description of Plasma.io.The mechanism of synchronization between millions of independent BC chains of different services in practice will be impossible to do. They recognize this, but then further complicate the system to resolve it. At the same time, they borrowed some ideas from Universa.io – “Actors” are being introduced.Entering the routing of messages between the BC can bring down the whole concept under the weight of the implementation complexity. Especially when new BCs will be added dynamically as new services are added.
In GONT routing is introduced only between parts of gVM and it is encapsulated inside one node (miner)!
- “Rings of Saturn” GONT vs. discrete orbits of TON
We can say that GONT’s shard chains are continuous “like Saturn rings” and TON has only two discrete rigid orbits. This is not suitable for gas injection, since there is no space for entering micro-economy objects. - The PoS steak formula should depend on the purchase of another’s gas and the generation of its gas. (There should be reward for the activity).
TON has only punishment, there is no harmonious approach to PoS. - A large number of domestic currencies.
TON supports more than 232 different crypto-currencies, coins and tokens. This is a strong signal to the gas supply!
Currency should be determined by real work, and not just by network sharding in GONT! At the moment, GONT goes further in the sense of the currency. - Tree-graph.
The data graph tree is inside the VM in TON.
The tree should be in the Oracle, and the VM supplies only the result of autogeneration of VM blocks (gVM machines) in GONT. - External storage of contracts.
This can serve as a good impetus for the introduction of gas!
The implementation of the analog is done via GONT Space (Oracle) in GONT.
This can lead to the introduction of gas later.

What is unique about GONT?
1) KANT as a nuclear warhead for the operation of the GONT core.
2) The mechanism of compensation for the interaction of services in GONT.When the gas of services is mixed, the services automatically exchange rewards (who pays to whom and how much) regardless of the wishes of the “GONT bosses”. Everything is based only on the statistics of gas combustion.
3) GONT is strictly focused on processing complex hybrid transactions of the IoT class.
TON thinks only about sharding and not about the complexity of transactions. TON is further away from real services.
4) TON does not disclose the architecture and philosophy of transactions.
GONT widely interprets this area and adapts to a variety of services.
5) TON does not have a mechanism for “owning” private property.
6) Due to the absence of a complex Oracle, TON has a very weak functional space for a functional language.
