I've been trying! I have a few friends who are great writers but they're not crypto-inclined so they're confused by the underlying principle. So far I've only recruited one friend and he didn't stick with it. It's hard to convince people when they first get here and see so much spam on the front pages. It takes a pretty determined person to go through the work. Anyway, I know that's not all that STEEM is good for and that we should also be recruiting people involved in the space to build apps on the blockchain, but I think STEEM's greatest strength is the fact that it has a working product that people use and contribute to every day, and as we grow on here, we will also grow the value of the blockchain. :)
