Cybercriminals are exploiting the hype around AI by rebranding old scams as “ChatGPT Arbitrage MEV Bots,” luring users with promises of large profits through a fraudulent trading bot.

Blockchain security firm SlowMist warns that victims are directed to create a MetaMask wallet, click on a fake link, and fund a smart contract, only to have their deposited Ether (ETH) stolen through a hidden backdoor.

Users should remain vigilant and watch for red flags like out-of-sync video content and overly positive comments when encountering promotional videos online.
