Several stars are accused of colluding with EMAX founders as part of an orchestrated pump-and-dump scheme, according to a class-action lawsuit filed Friday in California federal court.
Some of these accusations are as follows
(a) Making misleading statements about EthereumMax.
(b) Disguising their control over EthereumMax, and
(c) Disguising the percentage of EMAX tokens available to the public.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, those indicted including Kim Kardashian, Floyd Mayweather and Paul Pierce.
