On July 17, the popular NFT platform Premint suffered a total loss of about $400,000 after being hacked through a malicious link.
Hackers gain access to steal NFTs in a user's wallet after an unsuspecting person clicks on a malicious link sent by the hacker.
314 NFTs were stolen by hackers, confirmed Blockchain security firm Certik. This includes NFTs from well-known projects such as Bored Ape, Goblintown, and Otherside.
