DelegateCall: First Fully Blockchain Based Q&A site

in blockchain •  7 years ago

Today, I received an email from the creator of Cryptozombie:

The FIRST DAppChain App in history is officially LIVE! 🤓

WOW.

I got the butterflies while I type this email.

The World's FIRST DAppChain App (powered by Loom Network) is a social question-and-answer site for developers.

....and it's called DelegateCall.

It was hand built specifically for CryptoZombies students like you so you could leverage the power of community to >accellerate your learning.

It's like Steemit and StackOverflow had a Blockchain Baby

It's like Steemit and StackOverflow had a baby!??? I had to check it out.
Registration was easy. You can either use your Google account or Github account or email address.

So, the basic concept is that you get karma points for the upvotes you get in your questions and answers. Then, you can exchange those karma points for their ERC-20 token on Ethereum blockchain. From my understanding, the DelegateCall blockchain is a sidechain off of Ethereum blockchain and the only time you will have to pay for Ethereum GAS fee is when you actually convert your karma to the ERC-20 token.

The site is still Beta version and there is no karma->ERC-20 gateway yet. I already started asking and answering questions to earn Karma points so it will be interesting to see how much this Karma points will be worth.
