Wikipedia founder, Jimmy Wales, has said that “ICOs are an absolute scam”. Whats your opinion on that?

He's right that there are a lot of scams out there. I think simple incompetence is actually a bigger problem and is more prevalent than actual scams. If I could talk to Jimmy, I'd try to convince him that Wikipedia should do a token sale. Their tokens could be used to purchase extra editorial attention on an article that needs work or moderation, for instance. There's a lot of ways they could set that up that would be really attractive to buyers, without compromising their core mission.
