EOS the operating system for blockchain

You probably heard about the successful Ico of EOS by now. Congrats to them for a successful crowd funded ICO! The creator of Bitshares and Steemit is also the creator of EOS no doubt a pioneer in blockchain technologies. The code is built on the building blocks of his former projects but with the ability to applications such as smart contracts without fees. It seems that EOS is the operating system for blockchain using delegated proof of state as a consensus
Algorithm. Essentially democratizing the future of technology. This process allows token holders to elect block producers to execute the code for apps with potentially millions of users.
These producers will need massive computing power. Producers will need a robust cluster with a lot of bandwidth. In theory large decentralized databases will result in millions of transactions per second due to multiple threads. Data centers with powerful servers and low latency will be located in 20 different places with no one point of single failure. The architecture does not require you to run every application on your node which is hence a subset of the blockchain possibly aggregated via clusters. Applications are not required to have their own token. A website will in theory run on the blockchain via a decentralized system. So what actually is a website on the current web1.0? A data base, a business logic and a front end. So why a website on blockchain is suppose the backend advantages of interoperation in theory you could link you own decentralized network with out the need for producers? The EOS tokens unlike in Ethereum will not be consumed in the way of price fluctuations . In EOS token ownership allows you to operate within the network based on your token ownership. In order to scale you would in theory need more tokens which I suppose are acting in the same manner as servers in web1.0. If a producer does not follow the protocols of the blockchain they can be replaced by the community this acts as a self governing system. It appears their are many exciting and endless possibilities with EOS.
It is possible this is the windows of blockchain.
