I'm afraid the reason this price stays is that it's such a pain to transfer BCH to the exchange...

    Why It's a pain?

    • Create a new wallet
    • Send your BTC there.
      Then:
    • Download the Electroncash wallet.
    • Run this wallet preferably on another computer
    • Restore your old (now empty) wallet with your seed.
    • Get your BCH
    • Send your bag to an exchange
