| I wanted to share it today, because three hours ago I received the letter of employment in PDC Academy which deals with consulting, training and trading. I studied these technologies for 3 years and in the end I managed to leave a bad job, definitely below my level of skills. | Volevo condividerlo oggi, perché tre ore fa ho ricevuto la lettera di assunzione in PDC Academy che si occupa di consulenza, formazione e trading. Ho studiato per 3 anni queste tecnologie e alla fine sono riuscita a lasciare un lavoro brutto e inferiore alle mie competenze. |

| When I got to know this sector 3 years ago, I was as fascinated by blockchain technology as reluctant towards cryptocurrencies. It took me some time to realize they were two sides of the same coin. In three years the sector has changed a lot and according to the Polytechnic of Milan it should reach full maturity by 2023. What does this mean? Above all, many new job opportunities. | Quando ho conosciuto questo settore 3 anni fa, ero tanto affascinata dalla tecnologia blockchain quanto riluttante verso le criptovalute. Ho impiegato del tempo a capire che erano due lati della stessa medaglia. In tre anni il settore è cambiato moltissimo ed secondo il Politecnico di Milano dovrebbe raggiungere la piena maturità entro il 2023. Cosa significa? Soprattutto tante nuove opportunità di lavoro. |
| The most affected sector, apart from the financial one, is INDUSTRY. Companies that process oil, produce salt, chemicals, equipment of all kinds and cars, use the blockchain for the traceability of lots and for management of resources and goods. They discovered that with DLT they can solve problems and build completely new markets and services. Other sectors strongly affected are public administration with digital identity management, agri-food and fashion with traceability of supply chains, tourism with decentralized travel and hospitality management and healthcare. | Il settore più interessato, a parte quello finanziario, è l'industria. Le aziende che lavorano il petrolio, producono sale, sostanze chimiche, apparecchiature di ogni genere e automobili, usano la blockchain per la tracciabilità dei lotti o la gestione delle risorse e delle merci. Hanno scoperto che con le DLT riescono a risolvere molti problemi e costruire mercati e servizi completamente nuovi. Altri settori fortemente interessati sono la pubblica amministrazione con la gestione dell’identità digitale, l’agroalimentare e la moda con la tracciabilità delle filiere, il turismo con la gestione decentralizzata dei viaggi e dell’ospitalità e la sanità. |

| There are 2 years left for blockchain to become a mature technology and it is the right time to study it and specialize. The OECD report on "Blockchain for Start-ups and SMEs in Italy" says that the Italian economy characterized by a very large number of small and medium-sized enterprises could greatly benefit from solutions based on Blockchain but most of them have no skills. In fact, according to PWC, blockchain technologies will create 40,000 new jobs by 2030. | Mancano 2 anni affinchè blockchain diventi una tecnologia matura ed è il momento giusto per studiarla e specializzarsi. Il rapporto Ocse su “Blockchain per Start-up e Pmi in Italia” dice che l’economia italiana caratterizzata da un numero molto elevato di piccole e medie imprese potrebbe trarre grande beneficio dalle soluzioni basate su Blockchain ma la maggior parte di loro non ha competenze. Infatti, PWC sostiene che entro il 2030 le tecnologie blockchain creeranno 40.000 nuovi posti di lavoro. |
