Paxful is woefully bad.

many of you may not know what paxful is, but in africa here it is one of the biggest markets for bitcoin buying and selling, as well as a trading of itune cards, steam cards, amazon cards and the likes.

Now for over the last couple of months to about a year plus now, paxful has been woefully lacking in customer service and support of any kind.

The problem stems from the fact that they have been consistently locking the accounts of many traders, as well as making life a living hell for many of their customers who make use of the platforms in africa here.

Now I don't know how it works in other countries, but paxful has been quite bad down here and there is now a big called for a boycott off the entire platform in africa.

New platforms that are more customer friendly and have better support already popping up and in fact many african users have started leaving paxful in exchange for using this other platforms.

In terms of buying and selling bitcoin platforms like localbitcoins, luno, ahead of the curve.

This reminds me of the time when poloniex started having issues and many users started leaving the platform.

Now this might be an issue in africa yet, but it also speaks of the platform as a whole, because if they can't fix an issue in one of the largest markets, then how would they respond to issues in their order market in other countries?

I am a firm believer in new technology replacing old technology, especially if those who technology lack customer-friendly services.
