In this post, I’d like to introduce us to yet another wonderful project out there in blockchain. This is perhaps the first project I have reviewed so far that pertains to education and development of human consciousness. This project is known as Highvibe network.
Highvibe is a social network which aim is to improve human learning and consciousness by utilizing blockchain technology. It is a blockchain platform where individuals from around the world would be able to acquire learning and experiences so to improve their personal and social lives while at the same time getting rewarded for using the platform. In other words, highvibe as a learning platform would be a facilitator of some sort that would bring together creators of online learning materials/courses and online learners so that exchange of knowledge/learning can take place.
Now why highvibe project? What difference does it set to impact in online learning?
In our modern world, the internet has made things a whole lot easier for man kind including learning. We live in an era where we have virtually every information on every subject we could think of at our very finger tips - just a click of the mouse and that is it! It's not surprising then that a lot of individuals these days have taken advantage of internet technology to embark on online-based courses which entail private studies without the necessity of physically attending classes. Online courses are indeed very common and handy tools we resort to often for self improvement as we can readily learn whatsoever we wish at our own very conveneice without the stress of attending physical classes each day just to acquire such knowledge(s).
This notwithstanding, researches have revealed that majority of individuals who enroll for online courses often drop out along the way due to one thing or the other. Also the authors of online courses hardly make enough gains from their courses. And this coupled with poor affiliate programs whereby affiliates often experience delays in receipt of their payments, make online learning unattractive - and even boring. These and some others are the challenges that highvibe network seeks to solve by using the blockchain technology.
To restore the lost vibe in online learning and make people passionate to learn to enhance their consciousness, Highvibe network seeks to tackle the above challenges by incentivizing online content/course creators adquateley for their works. Affiliates on the platform would also be well and promplty compensated for efforts in helping the growth of the platform. The blockchain smart contract would ensure swift payment processing to all affiliates without unnecessary delays.And to cap it all, learners would be incentivized on highvibe platform to learn. In other words, instead of users paying certain amounts of fees for purchase of course materials, the highvibe platform would be paying users by means of the highvibe token (HV) to acquire the knowledge they desire. With the highvibe network, users would also be able to access learning materials/courses from certain paid platforms for an absolutely zero fee. All these would serve to boost users' interest and encourage them to learn so to enhance their knowledge and improve their status in life.
The highvibe platform would thus be a blockchain-based ecosystem where learning and acquisition of experiences are guaranteed for all at zero fee rates.
