Introduction

Q1 How did you get involved with cryptocurrencies?

@fotaer: Mid March 2017 I first entered the crypto market after being introduced by a friend. This friend works in taxation and told me that crypto would be a huge force in the future. So we just start buying it. At that time, the price was relatively low. At first, I bought some Ethereum Classic and when it increased by 0.1 RMB.. I sold them…(laughs). After these first experiences I realised that it was feasible so I started to buy more cryptocurrencies. I spent a lot of money before and after.

Q2 How did you know Fortuna and buy FOTA?

@fotaer: At the end of 2017, I worked in private equity. Someone told me that he was very optimistic about this project, so I bought FOTA then and after more research I have been buying it continuously. initially I purchased 100,000 at the very beginning, and slowly increased my holding. Now I hold more than 160,000 FOTA.

Q3 What is your impression and attitude for Fortuna?

@fotaer： As a general impression, FOTA is a currency that will get more utility in the long term and therefore I will support this project in the long-term. Since I was a child, I have always admired outstanding students. I think the basis of the Fortuna team is very solid, and many people told me that this project is good, including the big shots in the futures and cryptocurrency groups that I am a member of. They are some experienced people. I’m very confident about Fortuna’s products and future development.
And I think there are not that many competitive products, so its fine that development takes some time. Anyway, I’m a confident fan of Fortuna. I do not watch the fluctuations of the price constantly and almost never sell. To put it shortly, I don’t worry much.

In regard to how the market perceives Fortuna, I pay attention to a particularly large number of cryptocurrency groups and I read the daily article update from We-media. I feel that the amount of exposure that Fortuna gets has started rising. In the beginning, I did not see it in any of the reports. While, recently I’ve seen that there were several official accounts talking about Fortuna. Examples are the “predict hundred-currency” who published about Fortuna, and I saw it at least 2–3 times in the last week or so. Now I feel Fortuna is becoming popular gradually.

Q4 When did you join the official Fortuna WeChat groups?

@fotaer：I have been a member of these groups since the beginning. When Fortuna was still in its first phase I entered. I focus my attention on its development. I do this by paying attention to Fortuna and its groups message’s before going to work and before going to bed. I’m busy during the day and do not pay much attention to it. In fact, many people in the group also add me to discuss in private. I feel like I am as active as someone from the official staff.

Q5 Let’s talk Hunting program. What missions did you do after entering the lobby? How many FOTAs did you get the first time when we gave out Fortuna’s volunteers rewards?

@fotaer：Basically I’m involved in forwarding articles and collecting likes. However, I really do not have much spare time so I usually take 15 minutes to get things done, such as share an article. Doing tasks this way suits my style the most.

I have gained quite a lot of FOTA, probably close to 3300–3400. This is mainly due to the amount of likes I can get…which are quite a lot!

Q6 How do you get all the exposure?

@fotaer：I run a fan group that I’ve set up myself. In fact, I will have two self-built groups soon. It may become a strain on my time though.

I suggest that Fortuna looks for a couple of volunteers to help manage the group day and night. They can help with answering questions from the chat and educate everyone. Perhaps you could even reward them if they perform well. As a requirement I think its important that they have a large amount of FOTA (perhaps as much as 100,000 to 200,000) so they have an incentive to act in the best interest of the project and are not just helping out for the reward. Of course, it is merely a suggestion. It’s up to you.

Q7 What is your suggestions for bounty program? What’s your ideas of interacting with Fortuna supporters?

@fotaer：I joined another predictive platform before. It had similarities to options where you choose call (up) or put (down). I learned here that it is important to develop simple things for the community. For example we could simplify how Black Friday works and publish it online. From simple to complex, we can slowly accustom and cultivate users. This could be a lot of fun. You can also create a profit board and send out a test currency for people to play with.

The simplest interaction is through gadgets such as T-shirts, notebooks, etc. These do not necessarily need to appear in Chinese, English would also be ok. I think that Fortuna’s audience has a great demand for such items. If they are send out and can be won through a lottery I suspect people will draw them crazily. We could do this from time to time.

There is another thing that I think is a lot of fun and increases interaction. As part of the Hunting tasks, we are sometimes asked to send a message to other groups so they can learn about Fortuna. I believe it is a good way of activating people and making them aware about Fortuna.

Q8 What do you think of our Black Friday platform?

@fotaer： I haven’t used it much yet. One of the reasons for that is that I felt there is no official documentation yet and it is quite difficult to understand for someone who doesn’t know that much about futures and options. However, I believe that once the big shots who are used to those types of instruments enter the market the platform will be hit big! I have to add that I did participate in the International Working Women’s Day free option campaign and gained three options which I will use.

Q9 What are your suggestions for our official account?

@fotaer：Perhaps you can add some explanations for those with basic financial knowledge about futures and so on. This way, you can educate the Fortuna supporters by providing professional knowledge. I actually read news and make notes every day.
