The YTH native token powers the Youthia network and functions to keep the network incentivized to participate in consensus. YTH serves as the sole payment unit of the network and helps to generate transactional trade between youth hubs and mainstream consumers. There are traded and exchanged at a 0.7% burn rate per token. As a utility token, YTH is used on the network to pay for products and services, network fees, validate state changes and execute governance. Lastly, YTH is used to access tools and applications built on the Youthia network and helps keep Youthia self-sustaining, self-healing and self-thriving.

- Why should potential users care about Youthia?
As the youngest continent in the world with the largest population segment being the youth, which is statistically getting younger every year, creating a youth-driven decentralized network makes intuitive sense to position Africa to cash in on its demographic dividend. With the potential to yield up to U$500 billion demographic dividends from strategic youth investments, this is not a market you can ignore. Youthia is providing a distributed platform that will drive this demographic trend to convert the youth bulge into a youth dividend. Better yet, this emerging youth economy will be organized into one place. Arguably as the world’s next frontier, you should care about the future. You should care about Youthia.
- The Youthia ecosystem is aiming to have developers working on the network. Does the team have notable partners signed up already?
Youthia is dedicated to building an incredible community of developers who develop applications and customized tools on top of the protocol to address different use cases for the emerging youth economy. We are currently in talks with two global companies who will help us source the best African and global software development talent.
