As is known to all, SEC --the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission plays an important role in financial trading and cryptocurrency market is no exception. No matter ETF or STO, they all need to be examined by SEC. Recently it is reported that SEC started ”Finhub” to promote the cooperation between blockchain workers and companies. It shows that SEC aims to supervise the cryptocurrency market not to against it.
For the STO, there are 39 projects which is approval by SEC. Projects which have a formal business operation mode are more likely to be approval. So projects which only want to cheat on investors will reduce.
We can get a conclusion that in the future, projects which are approval by SEC or STO can be considered as a good project. Investors can judge projects in this way. And also, without approval, it is not suitable to recommend its cryptocurrency.
So in my opinion, SEC plays an important role in the cyptocurrency market. It will be a good news for a project if it gets the approval by SEC.
In China, we also have an organization called Blockchain Security Technology Testing Center (BSTTC) which is similar to SEC. But different from SEC, BSTTC concentrates more on the code of a project. That means the project team has to handle its code to BSTTC. If it is approval by BSTTC, that means this project has a formal developing team.
In the past, some projects team do not focus on developing. They just release their cryptocurrency without a developing team. When they get enough money, they run away. After the establishment of BSTTC, teams without the approval from BSTTC can not promote their cyptocurrency in a large scale. It is a good way for investors to judge a project good or not.
Fortunately, Ulord team is invited to participate in operating BSTTC. That means Ulord developing team is accepted by Chinese government. Beside the public blockchain: Ulord, the developing team has another work to do: examine the code of a blockchain project and judge if it is qualified.
