I have been eating fresh organic food since someone close to me trived on a diet for his Multiple Sclerosis (the Wahls Protocol) and I had tried at least 7 diets to get rid of Candida overgrowth in my gut and food allergies I had.
In Prague where I currently live it is quite hard to get fresh organic food and I have to go to multiple stores. And often they are out of stock or too expensive. To compare Prague to a local town in the Netherlands where I can get fresh organic food in almost every supermarket seems ridiculous but truth is the Netherlands are much more advanced in this regard.
But even in the Netherlands there are, as far as I know, no apps with which you can track fresh food when you are in the super- or farmer's market. Now I can understand some of the reasons like competition and price, but those don't have to be necessarily revealed.
I'm really excited of what technologies like blockchain can be leveraged for not only tracking food from the source but also unsuring quality and sharing on social networks but I'm not really aware of succesful projects! So if anyone can point me in the right direction or even would like to work towards this goal, please leave some comments, I'd greatly appreciate it!
I wrote this after seeing this great post with an documentary from 2015 I already knew but which still amazes me.
