I'm still wrapping my head around how this works, but seems that offer and acceptance would happen very quickly, creating a fully executable contract, meaning it will be difficult to rescind an offer. Guess we will have to be very decisive, particularly in buying and selling houses, which seems to be a very usable case for smart contracts.
