A REIT company must have at least 75% of their total assets in real estate. The income here is generated via rentals and interests earned in financing real estate.
Another great thing about REITs is that they divide 90% of the total income earned among their shareholders, which opens a room for investors to earn great profits without much of the risk.

There will be a total of 200,000,000 GREM and 75,000,000 GRET registered tokens. Out of these, totally 79,285,714 GREM and 16,650,000 GRET will be issued.
The Pre-ICO begins on 1st May 2018 and will run till 31st May 2018. GREM TOKEN costs USD 0.070 and GRET costs USD 1.000 per token. The Accepted payment methods are Ethereum (ERC-20), BTC. Bonuses are offered.
The Public ICO begins right after Pre-ICO on 1st June 2018 until 30th June 2018.

FINAL VERDICT
