With Talentchain™, we plan to build a significantly large community comprising of Universities, Corporations and Employers, Government Bodies, Notaries and Individual talents for exploring, harnessing and benefitting from the decentralized and secure properties inherent to Blockchain.
A fair Talent Supply Chain experience ensues, replacing the traditional error prone and inefficient verification and certification system, with every stakeholder getting incentivized along the path while using this trust ecosystem. In addition to being a trust based secure platform, TalentChain also provides a revenue earning potential for all participants in the ecosystem.
With certificates being verified each time in a user’s journey, the issuer and owner of the certificates gets incentivized with a portion of the revenue earned. Platform
In addition to being a trusted platform for issuing, certifying and maintaining learning credentials and certificates, Talentchain™ also acts as a cost-effective method of mapping the development trajectory of the alumni. Apart from degrees and employment records it can even store and track the informal skills that might be endorsed by employers and colleagues.
Our platform, Talentchain™, is a real time blockchain technology based ledger that records a student’s learning journey from its inception to the student becoming a talent asset. This happens in a manner which builds up this information as a tamper proof skills repository. The result is a lifelong digital passport that stores academic certificates, skills, endorsements, awards, badges and recognitions for an individual from the time of being a student to an employed worker or professional.
Universities, Educational Institutions and Companies will create courses and issue certificates and degrees on Talentchain™. These can be managed as individual data files or batch uploads for entire student class. In addition there will be capability to upload the institution’s own accreditation and registration documents, thereby creating a trusted institute dossier for itself.
Certificates uploaded by students can be attested by the institute or via any notary or authorized auditing body within the Talentchain™ ecosystem. The approval will be based on meeting of pre-defined criteria and in the form of sign-off with digital signature. Notarized certificates get uploaded to the public Blockchain.
For the development of this unique interface, the Talentchain Team will reach out to the various prospective users of the platform during the ICO. Since the Talentchain platform in its utility encompasses a plethora of prospective users, across the Student fraternity, Boards & Universities, Employment seekers, Employers, HR fraternity and the Education/Career Service Providers, the ICO will reach out to the end users.

Once degrees are created and issued on Talentchain to students, all individuals can use the system to manage, store and share them with the necessary people as and when needed. Students can even upload certificates to the chain themselves but, it will remain unverified unless notarized by the institute itself or some notary.
With the assistance of the AI driven dashboard students will receive different career recommendations for which they are eligible as per their awarded degrees, along-with its associated growth curve.
Analytics Dashboard for Universities/Recruiters
An AI driven analytics dashboard will be available for universities and recruiters to get insights based on various metrics, into the talent pool that their access control allows. In doing so, the dataset from Talentchain™ will conform to all privacy and legal mandates whilst providing these rich insights. Data aggregation will be anonymized where necessary for compliance reasons. The analytics will also provide insights not just based on historical data but also algorithmic future predictions, forecasts and trends.
KYC Based on Unique Social Identifier
A unified authorization method for Identity management will be provided in Talentchain™ for all stakeholders including Universities, Recruiters, individuals, notaries, auditors etc. through a KYC based unique identification relevant to the respective country of the stakeholder.
Verified Endorsements
Employers and recruiters can use the Talentchain™ platform to validate a candidate’s educational and skills credentials, endorsements from peers and reporting managers. Banks and other government bodies can use the platform to verify an individual’s eligibility criteria based on past skills and education, while disbursing education or personal loans.
Consent Management
Inbuilt consent mechanism in Talentchain captures the consent of consumers starting from certificate upload by universities to verifier trying to validate a student’s credential. Without the consent of the student none of the above functionalities will be possible.
Online Marketplace
Students will be provided with enrolment links for online courses offered both by registered and unregistered institutes through Talentchain at discounted rate. Even tie up with Institutes for providing discounts to students will be available for grabs. Even Skill institutes both vocational and non-vocational can sell courses directly to students through this marketplace. Career Coaches, Mentors too can be onboarded who can offer their services directly to student or job aspirants.
