I have a few things going on at the moment so this last week I was unable to hit it as hard as I have been but I still got to the pool and got out on the road once.

In conclusion
Life does get busy but I think just holding yourself at your current point is better than letting it slide completely. That's what I did this week. Just got two workouts in so that that I wouldn't fall back. Also, time management always has room for optimization.
My runs currently only take up just over 30min. Surly I could have done things a little wiser and freed up 30 min.? Lesson learned.
