Despite the slowdown of the real estate sector and price correction for around 10%, the demand for housing has not diminished in Delhi-NCR. Due to better opportunities for migration and employment from across the country, the demand for Affordable Housing remains consistent here. Reports of real estate firm Anarch Property Consultants have been reviewed in some areas of Delhi-NCR, which are attractive for both the developer and the customer in the price range of 40 to 80 lakh rupees per sq ft and fresh supply is also being done here. .

Located in between L-Zone, Dwarka: Dwarka, Gurgaon and IGI Airport, it will be the most preferred housing destination of Delhi-NCR in 2018. In the last two years, about 2050 units have been launched, in which the maximum supply is in the range of 40 to 80 lakh rupees. The average price here is Rs 3454 per square foot.

Best City: In this area of West Delhi, the real estate growth has been rising for some time now. There is a good supply in the range of 3150 to 6050 rupees per square foot. Due to being connected to Dwarka, Vikaspuri, IGI and Multi Nodal Transport System, this has become the preferred choice for those who buy the house.

Rohini: With two Metro Strips, this area has become an attractive housing destination for both end-users and investors. Due to being close to the Bawana industrial area, the development of Rohini Phase-4 has also gained momentum. Here the property value is in the range of Rs 7300 to Rs 12,500 per square foot.

Sohna: This area of South Gurgaon has emerged as top destination in the Affordable Housing Segment due to its close and superior Civic Infrastructure from the Office and Industrial Hub. Since January 2017, there has been a fresh supply of 4600 units, of which cost is less than Rs 40 lakhs. There will also be alternatives in the range of 80-1.5 million.

Sector 65: As soon as the Hooda City Metro Station and office hub is developed, the developed social infrastructure has introduced this area in the real estate hot spots of Gurgaon in 2018. Since January 2017, there has been a supply of 1600 units. Most of them are in the range of 6900 to 10,000 rupees per square foot.

Sector 68: In terms of both office and housing, this area can be a favorite destination for both end user and investor. Around 1500 Housing Units have been supplied in this area in close proximity to the Golf Course Extension Road and NH 248A, which are in the range of 4090 rupees per sq feet.
