I've toned back the weights a little as I think I was pushing too much, thinking a good session on alternate days will do nicely.
Feeling a bit bloated (big belly) even though I'm still eating the same, still reticent to start doing sit ups, may have to rethink that, it'll tone down the belly in no time but really don't want to set off the hernia.
Need to start earning some real money, tempted to see if the local takeaway needs some help over the summer otherwise will look into something desperate like Tate University:) I think you can tell I'm not a great content producer!
