I'm still doing 50-60 reps per session but usually manage 3 sessions a day, I am confident I can push to 70 reps soon 🤞💪
My cat really hates the weight bar! Does a runner every time I pick it up! I have no idea why!
I've been getting lazy with the stomach crunches, maybe do them every other day, sometimes I do 80 but can do 100 others, again I think this is something that I would benefit from doing twice daily.
I keep chickening out of starting to walk! I really need to start doing this! Always some excuse!
I've been trying to eat better, more vegetables, mostly just roasting them, hoping to make a soup/stew but need a new pan, cheap enough just need to go pick one up. I've toned back the takeaway pizza to once a week, mostly for cost rather than health.
I did buy a bottle of Coke a few days ago which I've been drinking today, other than that just water. If I'm honest I don't think I enjoyed it more than water. I've noticed I need to pee a lot since switching to water!
I'm still putting on weight, up to 112kg, but feel thinner, I guess it's muscle? The mirror as ever still says I'm fat!
Just got to keep going!
