It's been 21 days since my last post! Time flies!
So I've been having a few days off here and there but the days I hit the weight I now do 80 reps per session at least twice a day, sometimes 3
I had a few good (but short) walks but really need to get a few in a week, think this helps a lot!
I've laid off the crunches, which is odd as I find them easy and they help with minimising my belly 🤣
I've not had any blackout episodes in a long time so what I'm doing must be helping, honestly pushing more is about appearance rather than health.
