Kudos To Wix Support

I wrote a post earlier about how i've been paying for WIX premium for the past six years even though i never used it because i lost access to the email address associated with the account and can't remember the password to my WIX site either.

Because i'm billed $30 once a year, it's easy to forget the charges and I never got down to disputing the charges or trying to activate the account either. Well, this year i finally decided to do something.

First i tried emailing support. Unfortunately the customer service officer there couldn't understand the problem and his solution was of no help.

Not giving up, i requested to speak to a customer service officer and toe their credit, they called back within three minutes and solved the problem in less than a day! Needless to say i rated their service highly. As an added bonus, they cancelled my last charge and gave me a refund when all i wanted was to stop the charges going forward.

I should have really done this earlier! It cost me $200 over the years - not a lot but man if i had bought Bitcoin back in 2013 lol. Lesson learned!
