Great philosophy... Great post.

welcome to steemit

That is the thing with delusion and relationships, the key is time- I think. Over time everything comes out in a relationship- given enough time, trust, and tolerance of the other person, most all secrets and delusion/lies can be revealed and explored together.

Do you find that the positivity on the site has ever made you hold back from exploring the less positive aspects of ones emotions? Thus adding an element of distance between the community and the poster/your followers and yourself?

Steemit creates a very "positive" delusion and a gratifying one but I find that this atmosphere of happiness can at time make me feel like I am manufacturing the happiness instead of actually living a happy paradigm. This is my delusion that I tell myself I suppose.

Ok ok hmm- Well I like your facial scrub and hair situation now more so then baby face here haha. I hope you remember the 10 minute mark lol you asked for it. ^_^

You seem much improved @dan-atstarlite
A year on I hope you are still happy here.

Insomnia creep out,
HR

Thanks HR! I'm not even really sure what I said in this vlog lol... and I'm not about to spend 10+ minutes watching myself 😴. But thanks for the encouragement... the scruff is here to stay lol

Yes... as far as posting on Steemit goes at least. I've decided to treat Steemit more like a social video game than a personal exploration. At least for now. I try to satisfy demand... which has lead me to mostly talking about steemit and cryptos (which I do love but it's all pretty safe/positive).

So I guess Steemit is more of an escape from life for me right now than a place where I bare my soul. Maybe cause I don't think my soul's ready for show-and-tell yet.

Have you watched Black Mirror season 3 episode 1 yet?

Yeah that ep at times does remind me of steemit haha.

I thought that the Black Mirror: Be Right Back

episode was interesting and due to the blockchain and all of the open media people put up here it would be interesting to see someone take all my- or someone elses information here- and implant my character or persona/personality into a robot after I died. It makes an interesting point within the episode... as the robot is the very best version of the former living man. Since in social media we try to be the best versions of ourselves.
