  1. Administrative rights

  1. Personal rights

Personal rights mean exemplary in life and work, that person has the right. For example, you have that right.

For example, you work hard to be on time, when you remind your employees to go late, they have to wait. You get high sales, when you ask employees to strive more, they will listen. Exemplary people create the power to send others, making them obey.

If you are an unethical, selfish, or fraudulent leader, even if you do not affect them, they will leave because they feel you are unworthy of their expectations and beliefs.
