Summary of the Apple event that just finished

I just watched the Apple event to see what exciting news they will present to the world, and I am just going to make a quick list of the things I liked the most.

• Apple Arcade: the new subscription model for videogames will only cost 4.99$ per month. Among the videogames included there is a fun one from Konami that seems like an improved version of Crossy Road.

• Apple TV+: this is the subscription based model to compete with Netflix, Amazon & Disney+ (not yet released). There will be a cool show called See and the first ever trailer was presented in this event. It looks interesting. This show is about a dystopian future where all humans are blind and suddenly after many centuries of complete blindness 2 babies are born with the ability to see. There are other cool shows of course, but this one seems like their main one.

Apple is going to be extremely price competitive because they will only charge 4.99$ for this service (the same price as Apple Arcade) and they are going to give a 1 year free subscription to anyone buying new Apple products. This is a better price than those from Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO and even Disney+. If they manage to produce content of the same quality as those other services, Apple TV+ can become the best option for this market.

• The new iPhones: the most important product for Apple. The normal iPhone 11 will have 2 cameras and the iPhone 11 Pro will have 3 cameras in the back, besides the regular improvements like more computational power, battery life, among other things.
