PLANTING OUR MOON, HEALING THE FEMININE ENERGY

Hello, beautiful people from Steemit!
I want to share especially with you today, great and blessed women: grandmothers, mothers, daughters, sisters... a sacred ancestral information that has been rumbling a lot in my head during the last years. It is related to our monthly Moon (menstruation) and the way we can begin to rediscover it, live it to be able to heal all those ancient patterns of repression, fear, inferiority, control... imposed by society throughout all known history.

With full certainty that this information helps us to heal as a collective conscience, here I leave my humble perspective summary already having collected information on the net and practiced this blessed ritual of sharing my Moon with Mother Earth for some years. With lots of love...

First, what it is first: let us talk about our Moon

The Moon or menstruation is our life rhythm as women; the energy of the creation of life contained in our matrix. And when we are in our menstruation phase, connected to the mystery of the feminine, that energy manifests itself. This is the beautiful moment where the energy of life (always possible in our being) becomes stronger, and with it, our bond with the highest expression of pure feminine energy: mother earth.

❥ Menstruation is the sacred manifestation of our connection with life, with the Earth through the act of energy delivery of the highest vibration. ❥

Sisters, this is a call for us to learn to value the sacred power that God has given us as women: the creative Gift of Life, and for this it is fundamental that we learn to feel in a more compassionate and loving way our menstruation that comes from the body to honor life and heal us. HEAL.

When I spoke of healing old patterns, I refer to begin to see our cycle as the greatest blessing, because our uterus keeps inside it dual memories of life and pain. And as it keeps them, thanks to all the history we know where female energy has been the victim of repression, wounds and inferiority, it also renews and liberates them with each cycle. Amen. This is the greatest blessing! Our beliefs, feelings and thoughts inhabit that inner cave that is our matrix and that we can begin to heal only by giving it the love and respect it so badly needs.

Then, once this information becomes clearer in our being, we understand that the power to heal our energy and recover our lineage is in us: in our interior, thoughts, words, actions...

Ritual "Plant our Moon"

The first thing in this space is to see our blood with love, leaving behind any feeling of disgust or negative ideas towards our blood and body, in order to unlock any pattern of non-acceptance and activate our sacred power. Let us understand that this ritual has spiritual consciousness, and that our Moon is full of elements that nourish Mother Earth and connect us with it. To plant our moon is to take root, to heal our lineage. With this ritual we heal, honor and appreciate the energies of our mother and grandmothers, of all our ancestors and, of course, of all our ancestry.

Instead of throwing out our blood every month, we can choose to offer it to the earth. If we use cotton towels, we let them soak in a bowl of water and we use it to water our plants. I personally have been using recyclable cotton towels made by myself for three years, and what I do when I take it off is to leave it soaked (only with water) in a container that I have exclusive for this, and every moment of the day I can, I add a little more water in the bowl and I go to the earth to share my blood, to plant my moon.

The ritual is simple, simpler than we think. We do not need anything written, extra elements or specific steps to follow. THE IMPORTANT IS OUR INTENTION. We can use flowers, incense, crystals; we can have in presence the four elements and create our magical space, or simply name them and make them present in our words. If we do not have a garden or an extension of land, we can use a small plant planted in a pot. Remember that there are no limitations in our healing and the most beautiful thing is that the intention of Love springs from our heart when performing this beautiful simple and healing ritual.

I hope with my heart that this comes to their souls and that we make use of the tools that Mother Earth places in our path to learn to love us, to heal us and thus help us to heal.
