I just introduced my friend to crypto currency

I've been thinking about telling my friend about crypto currency for a while. Her family is in a similar situation to myself; a young family earning enough to get by, but not a lot left over after paying the bills.

I've been a bit reluctant to tell them about crypto as I'm already the one person from the group of friends who does things a bit differently. I'm a shy person by nature and have never been confident with sharing my opinion, basically because I'm a bit different and often get comments opposing me. Due to this I have learned to avoid conversations that I know I'm the odd one out in.

We visited my friend and her family yesterday and had a great catch up. I decided that I was going to tell them about Bitcoin and Ethereum. These are two coins where I've had recent success. I want my friends to be able to have success too and hopefully we will all be able to retire young together!

They listened to me and didn't laugh me out of their home. They listened to my story about how I got into it and what coins I have. I was pleasantly surprised today when they got in touch to get the details about how to get a wee bit of their own crypto coins.
I hope that it goes well for them.

I also told them about Steemit. Maybe one day soon we will start seeing posts from them on here too!
