Hi Steemians! I have a new post today and I need your help, I want to ask you a question, and I think you know what it is...
I need to know what to blog about in my daily post!
I am welcoming your feedback and I would love to hear your comments, but here are a few ideas that I am currently throwing around.
Idea #1 - A roundup of my five fave posts that I manually curate.
I think this might be a good idea because it combines my Steemit growth experiment with another community gathering style project that I have seen here on Steemit. Daily roundup posts seem to be a pretty good thing to me but I have heard two sides of the story. What do you think Steemians, should I do a daily, or maybe a weekly roundup as a part of my blog posts?
Idea #2 - Straight up meme posts.
Well, what else would I post? I don't know much about Steemit, crypto currency, bitcoin trends, hard forks, or other stuff that seems to be popular here, so why not go with what I know (and also seems to be popular here) dem meemz psots. I'm def's down for this one, cuz I luuuuurves me some memes, but what do you think?
Idea #3 - Simple updates on the progress of the experiment and any changes that are happening or upcoming.
I think this would work, but I don't know if it is really worth anything, or if it would be actually adding anything to the community. I feel like this could be an occasional part of my posts, but I'm not fully sure about doing it as a main thing, but what do you think folks, would you like me to keep it simple, pure and all about the experiment? Would you like to see a post that you don't really need to read, just know that some upvotes are coming around? Let me know your thoughts!
Today's post, it's memes.
So since I am asking this question and seeing where the community takes it, I am going to do my favorite of the picks and post some dank dank memes.
Enjoy!
I think that to answer your question the target audience needs to be identified. One of my goals is I want to write articles that will be like small instruction manuals, in short I want to help train a moral army. I do not like the direction that society is headed so I intend to see society change. Society will change when members of society change. However most people do not really want to change. A person can get a grad 'A' education for free but instead they watch 'cat videos'. Then they go out and buy an overpriced education and often times current application is not taught. So I understand you wanting to add value to the community. However your definition of 'something of value' may not be the same as people that want to go though on autopilot. So I guess the real question is what is your definition of success? Because do not expect people to want 'valuable' content (not at first anyway, what people view as valuable will change but a lot of people will only change there definition of value when its the last minuet) Right now society is like a sinking ship some people look ahead and see what is going on and they leave the nice boat that they are on, while other people think that it is ridiculous to leave the comforts of a nice ship...but

Well memes are always pretty good cause they are easy reads, entertaining and can also convey powerful meaning. There is also meme competitions and stuff that you could get into on a regular basis and also tap into that community.
I general progress is pretty boring and u couldn't get much out of that.
I like the idea of 5 best posts even though it competes with my project Q2C2 (Quinn Quality Content Curation). I think its nice to get recommendations on the "best" stuff.
Anyways hope to u succeed and thus we succeed together!

Thanks @quinneaker for your thoughtful reply. I really appreciate that you are giving me what you think is the best advice despite the fact that it may conflict with your project, that's some true genuine niceness right there! I don't think it will anyhow because you seem to have quite a good following but I will consider where to take this and take your suggestions into account :)

Indeed, I care far more about the greater good than I do my own profit. If you check into who I am you will find this to be quite proven.
Wish you the best, Im always here to help. Be in touch.

I think #1 Is the best option, in terms of the goal of feedbackloop.

I guess I'd say the round up. Simply because there are already so many people doing memes. But you seem to enjoy writing so maybe some original content?
