Before we dwell on to our main topics for this blog which are travel and blog, I just wanted everyone to know how have you been doing. How was life for the past few weeks? Are students here enjoying their summer vacation? Have you been to different places with your family, friends, or special someone? What are the things did you do to cut boredom? Do not hesitate to share your insights to me by commenting down below so that we could have thorough understanding with each other.

I actually missed talking to all of you . It seems like I have lost contact to everyone. I feel so awful.

Anyhow, the main reason why I write is to connect with people particularly to my friends online, but it seems that I have failed to so. Probaby because I spent most of my time playing mobile games. But things have changed a bit when the Wif-Fi at home was gone. For Pete's Sake PLDT is always on time when it wants to disconnect lines, and is always out of time when accounts are into reconnection.

Oh well! I should not linger into petty things as it would never do me good. It is making me far more unproductive. If you are like some of my friends (including me) find staycation boring, then here are the things I would like to suggest to you. Please take note that the following activities has been usually done by most household.

Reading books, journals, and articles I would just like to share that I was then hooked again unto reading books. Are you also fond of reading hard-bound books guys?

I got so engrossed and engaged with spiritual books and books that would allow me to know myself more in social and intellectual forms. To those who still do not know, reading book has really helped me a lot of overcoming anxiety and depression. Furthermore, it made me feel that I am not alone and lonely at home all the time. Books made me feel less lonely and less tired.

To those who would like to overcome boredom, I suggest you reading books of your chosen genre or even something that is not your usual choice. By reading, it allows you to kill time, learn new things, and understand how complex a person's mind is with a different perspective. Reading might also come handy to you.

Play board games Toy Kingdom and Toys R Us has tons of board games that you can buy and enjoy at home.

Chess for one has become so timeless that even teens and younger than that find solace in playing this game. Aside from the fact that it allows you to be socially engaged with the people around you, you would learn insights from your playmates and have a new friend or new set of friends. The Capitol of Misamis Oriental for one has park that allows chess lovers to play on their field.

You can also opt for other board games such as monopoly. My cousin and her friends borrowed my monopoly set to play. There were certainly so happy as it allows them to think rationally. Also, according to my cousin, it has allowed her to feel more responsible of her every decision including on buying of properties.

Aside from that, there are other awesome board games that you can look forward to. Just bear in mind to keep call and enjoy every serious moves of the players.

On going acrylic of an entry for an exhibit.
Go for an Art Workshop For moms and dads, since it is summer time, you might want to try to conduct your very own summer art class. All you need to buy your own materials. If you are having a hard time, you can actually check for videos on youtube and let the kids replicate the steps on bow to canvass an object.

Hey Johannes, i love chess too but it seems not to love me back. Haha

It's the first time that I came across with a blog that asks me how I'm actually doing these past few weeks. That's so kind of you. I'm actually doing okay so far. Thank you so much 😊 i hope you're doing fine as well. I can totally agree with what you said about reading. It's just that it actually takes me a little while to figure out which good book to read. 😄 Your post is so good, thank you for this.

Hello chastity, I am sorry for the late response. As you observe, I havent taken time on checking on everyone around because I have a problem with the internet provider at home. Anyhow, glad to know that you are doing okay so far, and thank you for well-wishing that I am okay too. You can choose a book that interests you the most. I suggest a hard copy since ebooks are okay but the feeling of flipping that page (in my own opinion) is like unlocking an achievement.

Lots of love,
Gail
