Psychological war with a habit =)

in blog •  7 years ago

Hi, I want to share good news.

I finally quit smoking and it pleases me.

Unfortunately, only 2 days have passed, but there is no desire to smoke.

How did I start smoking? Everything happened 3 years ago, a girl (whom I loved) taught me to smoke, and she went to Switzerland (Zurich) ...
As a result, the habit only progressed, and this greatly hampered me. It became difficult to play sports, became lazy and, of course, strongly influenced the budget.

I was also helped by the application that I installed on my Android. The application is called "I do not smoke".
In this app I like best; health statistics, motivation (which is written in this appendix) and the community itself, which, like me, keeps statistics about how many days, weeks or even years a person does not smoke.

In the end, it was worth just rethinking your goals, desire and aspiration. I think that there is not enough one understanding about the dangers of cigarettes, and also one little willpower.

On a psychological level, I want to take a cigarette in my hands, but I easily manage it. I start to look at the clock, wait for a couple of minutes and feel that this desire quickly disappears.
