It really is in the beginning but so simple once you realize how our bodies work. Believe me it works I've done it. In the beginning I went die hard and then 6 days on with the 7th being a cheat day to eat whatever I wanted then back on. After a while, once you've cleaned out the parasites, fungus and mold inside of you and by the way that's why we eat the way we do because those entities within you put the cravings on because they'll die without certain foods ie meats dairy and sugar, you won't need nor want the cheat day. It gets easier and easier and you become super healthy as the lymphatic system drains. Anyway one wont know until they try it.

i have tried to do this in the past but always quit when I started to get sick. How do you do it when you have to go to work? Does the channel cost money?

Channels free on YT. Go there and just spend some time. In the beginning when you first start you will feel bad. You're essentially detoxifying the interstitial fluids in the body. Basically draining the lymph system(sewage system) of the body through the kidneys. So yes in the beginning process you're stirring the pot so to speak. I had minor aches and pains with headaches. The worst symptom for me though was a lower kidney ache on my left side and the constant drainage in my sinuses. But I started at 225LBs and 1 month in I had lost 25LBS and felt awesome. With work I take my own snacks and eat well before I go in. The funny thing is I eat more now than I ever did and the weight just sheds off. By the way when detoxing like this you're going to feel bad from stirring it all up just get through it. Know that you are cleaning house. You can do it. By the way I've kept doing this for a year and a half and I weigh 170LBs app. so I've lost a total of 55lbs and have none of the issues that drove me to seek this out a do it. But now that I've gotten rid of the things such as candida that need sugar to survive I don't want those foods and actually crave fruits and veggies. It's really a good place to be.
