WhatsApp releases the quotes and replies feature where users can quote and reply to certain messages in WhatsApp group conversations or private conversations.
This feature can reduce misunderstandings in conversations that are often buried with other conversations.
The following year, WhatsApp released the delete for everyone feature used to delete the "wrong room" message. Messages can only be deleted in less than seven minutes, past the deadline, then messages will not be deleted.
