Originally this should have been a response to the question "is she back from vacation now?"
But since I waited too long posting an answer it's getting more than that.
Actually I also have found myself thinking about whether writing a post about "all remains as it is" is worth it.
And I felt like "nooo, it's not ..."
It's especially not worth it if the vacation ended prematurely due to some "real life appointments" which absorbed quite some time of the last 3 days. Without those appointments I would have travelled back to Bavaria only today.
At least my presence on those appointments was worth it.
I decided not to change anything about my delegations even though it's disturbing to find yourself mentioned each day by a voting bot without having written anything he could have voted for.
One of the reasons is: I'm jealous to find some leading steemSTEM guys - namely @mobbs, @taskmaster4450 and @justtryme90 under the first ten delegators on actifit.io, meaning they have given 5000 SP.
Such a huge number! ;o)
I'm still below 500 SP but this is motivation enough to keep up my Actifit delegation and to increase it when possible. In the near future I will not post any fitness tracker records anyway. My mobile phone is just too old for these apps ...
Looking back
It started with this article:
What was your first Steem post about? Win 50 STEEM
I had to look up my activity of the first days at steemd.com because I don't remembered clearly anymore. As intended, I started commenting on posts by @asperger-kids before I started blogging myself.
And then I realised that I miss her positive vibe and her determination. (I hope, it's okay to use "her" in that context.)
I'm even kinda jealous that she or rather he has managed to get off before the SteemMonsters (and DrugWars) hype started.
Keeping yourself informed about developments on Steemit more and more turns into a full-tome activity. There's so much going on here and there ...
I have been voting a little more within the last 3 days than I did the week before. Still, it's much less than before the break. I have decided to keep it that way. I vote whenever I feel like (and with some users I feel committed to.)
Also, I'm back to the old habit of voting with 100% now which (mostly) means 0.01 STU thanks to a delegation by @redpalestino.
Thanks for keeping it up so long!
I'm glad to have a ruler to change the percentage of my votes, however, I don't feel inclined to do the math how much votes I can still give away.
So I will keep on giving bots the power to use my power instead.
... and some look ahead
There's much fuss today about not looking back only ...
From now on there will be more English resp. articles in more than one language, just not in the same post.
Like this one. ;)
Maybe there will be articles in other languages too. At least French and Russian are two languages I would love to use for writing.
I'm intending to cover more science topics but this intention is not new.
To avoid unnecessary pressure I'm not talking about other prospective content yet. ;))
Maybe I will take some older articles from my first year on Steemit and republish them in English.
Therefore ... I'm not off (yet). ;o)
