I first came across this in Japan some thirty plus years ago. A drink called Sweat, how amusing. It's actually quite OK to drink. Not fizzy or too sweet. A bit lemony, full of electrolytes and other bits no doubt (the ingredients are only in Japanese).
I saw a tin in my local Asian food shop and so I had one again today!
Try it if you see one.
