I never realized when they stopped the notifications for the TRX rewards we were not getting, they took the users remaining balance from our steem wallets.

The balance is still out there on the Tron chain. We just can't get to it from our Steemit wallets any more. I was able to import my balances into the Tronlink wallet, as suggested here.
