Hard day today...

Have you been feeling off lately? Like not you. Pattern is off, talk is off, mood is way, way off.

With all the happenings in the world, I forget that we just had a major celestial event in the U.S.--the eclipse. I forgot about Mercury Retrograde (if you are into that) and with all the wild fires and catastrophic event...makes freakin sense, to be off kilter.

What to do and how to survive this, at least for the next 12 hours.

  1. Be good to yourself.
  2. Stay hydrated.
  3. Eat well.
  4. Do a walking meditation.
  5. Forgot the most important....breathe.

These things we can control. Start with you.

And if you can add some other amazing self-care or are able to help others, then...do it!
