He argues that the secret of a good night sleep is not the amount of hours you sleep, but has more the do with the quality of sleep within those hours! Great read and I think it could help you in achieving these goals!

Started following some of the tips for three days now (yay) and, for what it is worth, up until now it has done nothing but good things to my sleep! My pre-sleep routine now consists of a few simple things:
And so far it is really helping me in getting up earlier and feeling good right after waking up!
