combination of heat,fuel,oxygen fire will happen.

Heat : Heat is aform of energy to do work.

Fuel : Fuel is a burning material.

Oxygen : oxygen present in atmosphere is 21•/•.

To burnt a fire we need minimum of 16•/• oxygen.
